November

November came and went and I started the month at 26 weeks pregnant and ended at 30 weeks pregnant.  It is amazing how fast time is going and I cannot believe I am in my third trimester and we will be welcoming Britt to the world in 10 weeks!

We started November off with a visit from Cousin Jen or as Ava likes to say, "My Jen!"  Ava loves having company for the weekend and she played and played with Jen all weekend long where the week after she left Ava kept asking "Where is my Jen?"  It was a cold weekend but we did enjoy a quick outing to go across the street the Linden Waldorf's school annual Elves Faire.  We went towards the very end but Ava enjoyed getting her face painted and she also participated in an Irish Jig on stage.

The following weekend was the weekend that Mommy has been looking forward to since May.  At 28 weeks preggers I went out for a girls night with dinner at Virago followed by the Justin Timberlake concert!  This is my third concert to see him perform and he does not disappoint when it comes to putting on a performance.

The following evening after JT, our friends hosted a Mexician Fiesta and we brought Ava over since Lily and Piper were going to be there.  The girls enjoyed coloring, giggling, and roasting marshmallows!  Ava had her first smores, minus the chocolate, and quickly became a big fan.

We ended the month with Thanksgiving.  This year we spent Thanksgiving at Nana and Papa's house and Mimi and Uncle Chace drove to Nashville to join us.  We had a very laid back day with no schedule other than to relax, eat some yummy food, and enjoy each other.  All of these things were accomplished and I am thankful to be surrounded by such a loving family.

The rest of Thanksgiving weekend we spent in our tiny rental with Mimi and Uncle Chace with trips to the park, Cheekwood, dancing, coloring, baking, and lots of laughter!

Ava thought that all of the stuffed animals under the tree in the Silver room were for her.

Yes, Ava later dropped this bulb and it broke...
